BREAKFAST


A 4 - course breakfast is served each morning in our dining room at a time you pre-select from 7:00-9:30 a.m.

Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to arrival so we may plan accordingly.  



OUR HOME 


This is our home as well as our Inn and business.  We reserve the right to refuse entrance or service to anyone.  We are not responsible for accidents or injury, damages to personal property or vehicles or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind left behind in your room.


CHECK IN - CHECK OUT

Check in time is 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.  If you require an earlier check in time you must call the Inn to see if this is possible.  If you will be arriving past 7 p.m. please let us know in advance so we may greet you upon your arrival.

Check out time is 11 a.m.

OUR RATES


Our rates are for single or double occupancy.  Rates vary between room and weekday-weekend stays.  Our rates range form $145.00 - $220.00 per night.  We do offer a discount for consecutive night stays.  Weekend rates apply for Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Holiday Day and Evening before a Holiday.  

A major credit card is required to secure your stay with us.

We accept  Visa, MasterCard,  Discover and American Express.  

A 7% GA sales tax and a 5% Accommodation tax is added to all room charges



DEPOSIT


For single or multi night stay a deposit equal to half of your total will be charged at the time of your reservation.  Once your deposit is received via credit card, an e-mail will be sent to you and your remaining balance will be due upon arrival.



CANCELLATIONS


Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly and are subject to a $20.00 handling fee.  Cancellations must be made by phone by calling 478-783-2008.

If you must cancel your reservation, a minimum of 14 days notice is required for a refund of your deposit.  Less than 14 days notice we will issue a voucher for deposit amount only if room can be rebooked.  This voucher will be valid for 60 days from reservation date.



FULL INN RESEREVATIONS


All full-inn group reservations must be paid for in full upon reservation.  Guarantee of the entire inn being booked by your group is contingent upon all of your group paying for their room at reservation time.  We allow a 10 day grace period for full payment by your group if they choose to pay individually or one person may make full inn payment.  Wedding bookings and full inn reservation deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE.








 


PETS


Unfortunately,  we cannot except guest pets because we have resident dogs named Elye & Jellybean.  Our boys are not permitted in guest areas but you may catch a glimpse of them on their way out for a walk.  They are lovely boys and I am sure soon they will be featured in a small area on our website.  Stay Tuned.

SAFETY


For your safety, lighted candles or incense burning are NOT permitted in our guest rooms or on the porches for Insurance and safety purposes .

SMOKING


Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the mansion.  All rooms are fitted with monitored smoke detectors which will sound an alarm if any smoke is present.  Any violation will result in a restoration fee equal to a minimum of one nights stay plus cleaning costs. (Final costs will include all actual costs plus loss of income).

There are designated smoking areas that include the front porch and top balcony.  We do ask that you respect our property as if it where your own and dispose of your cigarette butts into the proper receptacles and not in the gardens or yard.  

Our beautifully renovated Historic Inn is not appropriate for young children.  We strive to give each of our guests an experience they will remember for a lifetime.  We do our best to keep the atmosphere relaxing and romantic therefore, our minimum age for registered guests is 21. However, children age 16 and over accompanied by parent are welcome.  We cannot accommodate children under 16, infants or toddlers.
